retainer may be paid with money order/cashiers check or personal check. Mail to

42389 Hwy. 931 Gonzales La. 70737.The balance is to be paid in cash when your

character or hostess arrives. Checks may be made payable to My little Tea Party/Sheila Payton.

AGREEMENT: We do not baby-sit children. Parents are responsible for the

monitoring and safety of their children.

To book a character or to have a themed party you must fill out, sign and send your

retainer fee.

We can not book your date without this!

Absolutely no refunds, returned checks fee $50.00. I will contact you 2 days prior to your party for a final R.S.V.P.

Please remember this amount is what you will be charged for.Please ask Children to wear leotards/swimsuits(to avoid clothes changing).
